The staff is outstanding and very friendly, making every effort to ensure comfort. However, the room I stayed in lacked a separate seating area despite the description, and there was some discomfort with the strong odor eliminator used in the bedding. Overall, it's a good option for travelers looking for service and cleanliness.

We hit up snowshoeing and took a snowmobiling tour, and the hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day. The staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the indoor pool.
One friend had a rough time with a room that smelled musty and had cleaning issues. Thankfully, they switched rooms and got a better one, but it was a bit of a hassle.

comfortable stay but needs a few adjustments
The staff made our visit memorable. Nick's focus on our comfort and the assistance we received with the TV remotes were highlights of our stay.
No grab bars or shower mats in the shower made it difficult for us to feel secure.

I had a good time enjoying the hot tub after a long day of exploring, and my room was clean with a lovely mountain view. There’s a nice sun terrace perfect for lounging and a cozy spot by the fire to unwind. The only small drawback was it’s a bit more of a motel feel than some charming getaways, but honestly, it’s a great place to stay! 😊
